Beeton Fall Fair
The Beeton Agricultural Society is proud to present one of the oldest agricultural fall fairs in Canada. Celebrating 166 years the Beeton Fall Fair provides a great weekend of family fun with exhibits, demonstrations, competitions and rides that is sure to provide great entertainment for all ages. The 2022 fair runs from Friday September 16 through to Sunday September 18 at the Beeton Fairgrounds. For more info visit: beetonfair.com. Mayor’s Charity Rodeo
On September 10th and 11th, 2022 the RAM Rodeo Tour will once again be opening its chutes at the Alliston Memorial Arena for a wild & western weekend! Gates open at 12:30pm with the Rodeo show starting at 2pm each day. The New Tecumseth Mayor’s Charity RAM Rodeo will showcase two days of the live action-packed sport of rodeo to New Tecumseth region, just as seen at the Calgary Stampede. Each rodeo performance will feature some of Canada's top cowboys and cowgirls compete in standard rodeo events like barrel racing, bronc riding, pole bending and the world's most dangerous sport-bull riding! Woof Walk for ADHS
The Woof Walk (formerly known as the "Walk-A-Dog-A-Thon") is the annual fundraiser for the Alliston & District Humane Society (ADHS) to support the shelter and the homeless animals in our community. They are aiming to raise $10,000. For more information visit: allistonhumane.com/woof-walk-2022
The first 75 walkers registered will receive a doggy goody bag courtesy of event sponsors.

Boyne River Classic Duck Race
Join the Alliston Lions Club for the annual ‘Boyne River Classic Duck Race’ at the Riverdale Park Bandshell. BBQ, duck races, games for the kids. Proceeds to four local charities – Stevenson Memorial Hospital Diabetic Clinic, Diabetes Canada, Diabetes Canada Camp Huronda and the All–Wheels Legacy Park Project, Alliston. Only 800 tickets will be printed. The first duck to cross the finish line in the Champions Race, following the first five heats, will win $750. Second Prize is $500, third prize is $250 and seventeen runner-up prizes of $50 will also be awarded.
